commissions

Commissions are available to purchase as products on this website when I have slots open. If the listed item is "Out of Stock", that means my commissions for that item are closed at this current time. 
The process goes as follows:

1. Purchase: Purchasing the commission listing, when available, will confirm your order. 
2. Contact: After receiving an order number, please contact me via Instagram, TikTok or email (whatever works best for you), detailing what you would like. For example, if you order a rosette, please contact me with the primary/secondary colours and colour accents. Inspiration pictures and mood-boards are also a huge help!
3. Fulfilment: I will send a colour palette for your approval. After approval, I will fulfil your commission order. 
4. Shipping: After fulfilment, your commission order will be sent to you as soon as possible!

Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time for commissions. Commission listings are not always available and will be out of stock if my commissions are closed.

Commission rules; 

• I do not offer refunds & returns on commissioned pieces. All commission sales are final and I do not accept refunds unless the product arrives faulty or goes missing in transit. I will accept cancellations if the order is cancelled before fulfilment.
• I will not create commissions that incite any sort of hate speech (eg. oshikatsu of a political figure, scheme or country that promotes harmful rhetoric). 
• I have every right to decline your request if I do not feel comfortable fulfilling it. Declined requests will be refunded in full.
