ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Please allow up to 1 week to process your order for in-stock items. For commissions, processing may take up to 6 weeks. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking details via email to let you‭ know your order is on the way!‬ Thank you for your patience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:‬

‭Frillycustoms offers international shipping to the following countries: 

Australia, Canada, Georgia, Isle of Man, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, United States.


If your residential country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please feel free to contact me through one of my messaging platforms. 

‭Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once‬ a shipment reaches your destination country. Frillycustoms is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬

‭REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

‭In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at frillycustoms@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬
