Frillycustoms offers international shipping to the following countries: 

Australia, Canada, Georgia, Isle of Man, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, United States.
I unfortunately will not be shipping to the EU until further notice, but will put out a notice when/if I establish EU shipping rates.
