While these rosettes can be used for anything you like, the most common way to display them is in clear display bags, decoration, or as accessories, typically in dedication to your favourite character. This is a subculture called 'oshikatsu', in which one dedicates their identity to showing their love for their "oshi" (all-time favourite).
